Ali
Ali is a professional boxing coach under the British Boxing Board Of Control. He works daily with all walks of life, from professional boxers who want to become world champion in the sport of boxing to individuals who simply want to use boxing as a tool to improve their confidence as well as tone their bodies.

He also offers strength conditioning, tuina and sport massage for clients who are interested in weight loss, core stability, muscle building and running long distances.
Over 18 years of experience, Ali is highly qualified and is our senior boxing and strength conditioning coach. Friendly and focused on every individual working with Ali. ABOXR was founded by him to give the best training to all walks of life.

Sherif Musah
Sherif Musah is former elite amateur champion
That won national/regional titles.
Currently he’s a professional boxing campaigning in the cruiserweight division.
With 15 years experience in the personal training field, working with busy individuals and sports athletes, helping them achieve their goals.
Connor Calzaghe
Connor Calzaghe is a young, up-and-coming boxing coach and talent. Born in 1997, Connor is a fully qualified boxing coach from Wales, and son of Joe Calzaghe – the longest reigning super-middleweight champion in boxing history.

The Calzaghe family have contributed extraordinarily to boxing, including Connor’s late grandfather, Enzo who tragically passed away in 2018.
Enzo was the coach to his son, Joe throughout his illustrious career and this family wisdom has been passed down to Connor across the generations of these talented sportsmen.

Connor is particularly gifted at teaching youngsters and children the skill of boxing.
Spencer Oliver
From 1995 to 1998, Oliver competed as a professional. When he defeated Bulgaria's Martin Krastev in May 1997 he became the European (EBU) super bantamweight champion.
He held onto the title for a year, defending it on three occasions with wins over Serge Poilblan, Vincenzo Belcastro and Fabrice Benichou. After a fantastic career as a professional boxer.
Spencer turned to boxing coach and developed young fighters into superstars.
Holding all the boxing experience, Spencer also works for sky tv boxing and commentating all the major fights all over the world. Spencer Oliver delivers all the boxing coaching experience and expertise for ABOXR with his extensive knowledge of the game.
Maija Kivela
Maija Kivela is a former wbff Bikini Fitness World Champion and a track athlete.

Maija’s training philosophy is based on developing a strong equilibrium between body and mind.
Gemma
Gemma designed the Whole of You Transformation framework based on her extensive academic and practical experience in psychology, health and fitness. As our master coach, she is highly qualified to work closely with you as your dedicated transformation coach across our 3 integrated pillars of wellbeing: nutrition, mindset and fitness.

Ashley Cruz is a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor with a mission to guide individuals towards holistic well-being and self-discovery through the transformative power of yoga. With 20 years and 10,000+ hours of teaching experience in the field, Ashley brings a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to every session.
Sophie Mills
A recent graduate in Spanish and International Business Management, Sophie is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer with a passion for hybrid training. While she has personal experience running and training for marathons, her aim is to help clients achieve a balanced fitness regimen that integrates both strength training and cardio/endurance exercises.
Alex Kelly
Alex Kelly is a personal trainer and running coach, providing:
Personal Training - covering the pillars of strength/conditioning, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility/mobility training.
Running Coaching - focusing on technique development, smart programming, strength training specifically tailored to runner’s requirements, advice on injury prevention and injury rehab, and preparation for events and races.
Rehab and Corrective Training - having worked in concert with Physiotherapists and Osteopaths for several years to rebuild movement quality in individuals with particular needs beyond general fitness.

Alex’s experience with exercise and training has been varied – historically oriented towards distance running, including marathons and ultramarathons, but with a love of both weight training and cycling and, more recently, a focus on mobility and joint function.
Alex’s aim with clients is to ensure progress, consistency, and provide a toolkit for them to train long, regardless of the setting or situation, with main focus being ‘movement quality’. As an experienced coach, Alex ensures that clients are able to benefit from a focus on the learning experience, as well the workout.
