Alex Kelly is a personal trainer and running coach, providing:
Personal Training - covering the pillars of strength/conditioning, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility/mobility training.
Running Coaching - focusing on technique development, smart programming, strength training specifically tailored to runner’s requirements, advice on injury prevention and injury rehab, and preparation for events and races.
Rehab and Corrective Training - having worked in concert with Physiotherapists and Osteopaths for several years to rebuild movement quality in individuals with particular needs beyond general fitness.

Alex’s experience with exercise and training has been varied – historically oriented towards distance running, including marathons and ultramarathons, but with a love of both weight training and cycling and, more recently, a focus on mobility and joint function.
Alex’s aim with clients is to ensure progress, consistency, and provide a toolkit for them to train long, regardless of the setting or situation, with main focus being ‘movement quality’. As an experienced coach, Alex ensures that clients are able to benefit from a focus on the learning experience, as well the workout.
